Q: I just placed an order, when will it ship out?
A: Our current processing time is 3-5 business days, not including shipping transit time which can add 2-5 days depending on where you are located in the US.

Q: Can I exchange part of my order?
A: We’re sorry, but unless there was a problem with the order - we don’t accept returns or exchanges once an order is shipped and delivered.
Q: My tracking number hasn’t updated from its last scan, where is my order?
A: Unfortunately, once we drop off your package at the USPS facility we are at their mercy. This past holiday season, they have experienced larger than usual transit times and there is not much we can do to control that. We ask for your patience as we navigate through this together.
Q: Do you offer local pick up
A: Yes! We offer free local pick up if you live in the Henderson/ Las Vegas, NV area! Email or DM to inquire about the location address ***pre-payment is required**
Q: What if I already placed an order online and paid for shipping? I just found out about your local pick up.
A: Not a problem! We can easily refund you the shipping charge and switch the status of your order to “pick up.” Read more about local pick up on our main menu drop down.
Q: How do I pick out which sample packs I want for my sample gift pack order?
A: Just leave the desired flavors you would like in the note portion at check out. If you miss this section, just email teamoteacohelp@gmail.com with your order number on the subject line and write out your selection.
Q: Do you dehydrate your own fruits?
A: Yes we do! We dehydrate all the fruits in each of our tea blends!!
Q: Do we have to sweeten the teas with sugar? Sorry, I’m new to the tea world.
A: Hi there! We formulate each tea blend so that it’s packed with flavor even without an added sweetener for those who prefer to omit any kind of sweetener or for those who follow a certain dietary regimen. But if you do prefer to sweeten your tea, then yes you can add sugar, honey, agave, etc - to your cup of tea to enhance the flavor. We offer our very own fruit sugar blends to add that extra flavor boost you may be craving.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, unfortunately we currently are only shipping within the US but we are working on expanding to Canada and other countries soon.
Q: I just emailed over some questions I had, when can I expect a response?
A: Our business hours are M-F 9AM-5:30 PM PST, if you email us outside of these hours, please expect a response the next business day. Thank you.
Q: Do you do any collaborations ? Are you looking for any brand ambassadors?

Q: Do you offer any subscription boxes?
A: We are working on a subscription box campaign and are hoping to release more information soon. Thank you for your patience.
Q: How long do you steep the tea for?
A: Each tea blend should have the recommended amount of steep times on its packaging label. Again, these are just recommendations - you can steep them for longer or less time depending on your preference.
Q: Your teas don’t come in tea bags, how do I use them?
A: Hello there, we sell loose leaf teas which require a small mesh strainer or tea infusers for steeping. We have a few available for sale in our shop located in the main menu drop down. Just click on “Shop”
Q: Will you be selling your teas in any of the local farmers markets?
A: We are hoping to bring our products to a local farmers market soon! Stay tuned!!
